About me
Hi, I'm Olga Anishenkova. Mind Upscaler is my alter-ego as an L&D consultant. With a solid background in sales and training and an EMBA, I transitioned to the L&D world to do program concept design, instructional design, and e-learning development. Now, I work as a learning professional for a multinational company and a part-time learning consultant.

I am happy to offer mentorship to aspiring instructional designers, as well as consultancy on learning strategies and programs, and provide introductory advice on accessibility for eLearning. I also conduct webinars and speak at conferences on the topics of accessibility in learning and introduction to mindful instructional design.
Webinars and other appearances
Accessibility in eLearning
A webinar about accessibility: Why care and What can you start doing now? By Olga Anishenkova for the Learning Network on the 10th of June 2022.
Getting practical with accessibility
As I pave my way into becoming an accessibility advocate, I like to share bits of knowledge and practical tips to anyone who wants to follow along.

What comes in the package
Attention to detail
I try not to let my interior perfectionist get the best of me – so while I am detail-oriented, I will deliver your project on time.
A sense for design
I use Articulate Storyline to develop e-learning courses, I have been using Adobe Photoshop since I was about 8, know my way around Adobe Illustrator, work with mind maps and similar tools for content mapping and creating branched scenarios.
Curiosity
I like to learn. I want to understand how people learn. I will always come to you with ideas for improvement, share articles or useful videos and apply new skills where they fit best (with care).
Focus
Tell me about your strategy, your business goals, your skill gaps, and I will help you align your learning activities with your unmet needs.
Can-do attitude
I work on my own, but I am always engaging with people. I like contributing, collaborating, sharing and helping with what I know.
Languages
I am originally Russian but having grown up in different countries, I speak fluent Spanish, English, some Italian and Catalan, and Russian, of course. I can manage some small talk in Japanese, but I doubt it will be of use!
I believe learning can and should have a purpose.
I believe learning can and should be relevant.
I believe learning can and should be an experience.
Consider this my tiny manifesto.
